Ekiti State Medical Library is a unit of the Ifedayo Oladapo Library. The Medical Library is a hub designed to assist physicians, health professionals, students, patients, medical researchers and information professionals in accessing health and scientific information to improve evidence-based practice and health care delivery and bridge information gaps. Since its establishment in 2012, the Medical Library has extended its services to teaching, learning and research needs of health professionals.
ABOUT THE MEDICAL LIBRARY
The Medical Library is the information fulcrum of the EKSU College of Medicine for accessing health information. The unit promotes healthcare literacy, research and practice by providing access to reliable medical information, managing digital,print resources and offering services such as literature searching and data management to enhance patient care and professional development for health professionals and members of the public.
