About the Law Library – Brief History
The Ekiti State University Law Library was established alongside the Faculty of Law in 1992 to support the teaching, learning, and research activities of the Ffaculty. The Library has continued to expand its collections and services in line with developments in legal education and information technology. It operates asa specialized library within the University Library system, focusing on law-related information resources.Over the years, the library has evolved from a traditional print-based system to a modern hybrid library, offering both print and electronic information resources.

To provide timely access to current, relevant, and authoritative legal information resources and professional library services that enhances teaching, learning, research, and legal scholarship.

Law Library Opening Hours
Monday -Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Library hours may be extended during examinations.
